Good luck in trying to persuade everyone who accepts mail to use a
different port...
You can however configure postfix to use a so-called smarthost, which
means postfix will forward all it's outgoing e-mail to the smtp-server
of the ISP.
You could try adding [/etc/postfix/main.cf]:
relayhost = smtp.myispsucks.com
then issue a:
sudo /etc/init.d/postfix reload
provided ofcourse that the isp doesn't require smtp-authentication
