No. This is the USB detection when you add and remove a device. Mine
hangs at boot. It's similar to the MICROS~1 "standard", with the
exception that the linux model usually works.

I can't say as I know of one. I don't think I ever looked for a specific
Gibberish/English/Gibberish dictionary. Perhaps babelfish can do it.
