Ndiswrapper on Hoary

The problem, in a nutshell, is that the kernel package still has version
0.10 of the ndiswrapper module while the 'ndiswrapper-utils' package is
at version 0.11 of the corresponding userland code. As a result, the
kernel module will not load.

Two options currently exist to resolve the issue:

1) Install the older 0.10 version of the ndiswrapper-utils package.
2) Build 0.11 of ndiswrapper and have it overwrite the corresponding
module files.
