error: /dev/dsp: Device or resource busy

Hello, all.

That error message comes from xmame, obviously I get no sound for the 
game, no sound at all, even from MPLayer or XMMS

I can't configure my soundcard yet....

The output of lspci is the following:

I don't know why it isn't working even when I have the snd_intel8x0 and
