Only one project lives outside our UpstreamVersionFreeze: GNOME. That's
because we can trust their release process, and we're synchronised to it.

We tried tracking Firefox 1.0 for warty, but were badly burnt. Firstly, they
were late, so we could never have had 1.0 anyway, but we also had to revert
from rc1 to 0.9.3 due to instability (in a release candidate!).

Because of these reasons, it is highly unlikely that we would track a
Firefox release in March for hoary.

There is a very fine line between 'hobby' and 'mental illness'.
