VPN is missing

I have been using ubuntu for a while, and did the warty-pre, then now on 
hoary.  Well the time came where I had to re-install my hoary because 
nothing was working well, from gnome to applets.  I dont know why things 
started breaking, but after a re-install it magically worked again.

Anyways, I have noticed that VNC options are gone.  I was looking for 
the menu item to turn it on and set a password.  Where did it go, and 
how can i get it back.
