Need a wiki

I'd recommend moinmoin for all of these.

moinmoin uses a filesystem backend, instead of requiring a full database
server.

We use zwiki, but I'm not sure too many of us would recommend it. :-|

Well, it's not a bug the Canonical-sponsored maintainers would be rushing to
fix, but if you happen to find out what the problem is, patches would be
accepted. :-)
