Thank you for all the hard work you've done; the gift you gave of your
time and energy was dearly needed and deeply appreciated.  Stepping down
gracefully is one of the responsibilities of a leader, and you have
served even in this.  I wish you all the best as you move on to better
things, and I want you to know that you're always welcome here.
