The drupal sites are hosted on a shared install of drupal, so we are
quite limited in admin rights. I know the PNW team (somewhat dormant
now, mainly because of lack of time) has their site hosted elsewhere
simply because it was easier than wrestling with drupal that we
couldn't control.
