UBUNTU: Release Party vs. Install Fest

Greetings Ubuntu WA:

My experience is limited to the single release party I've attended.
Unless I'm mistaken, the event was attended solely by Ubuntu users, i.e.
we came to upgrade our distro.  There were no NEW users present.
Nothing wrong with this so far as it goes.  But could we not perhaps
consider doing an Install Fest?  On some day other than a Sunday?  And
maybe add a little ubuntu advocacy/promotion/education to the mix?  Just
saying...

That said, Bisoncreek Pizza has good pies and brews PLUS it's within
walking distance, so I'm in if this event comes off.
