UBUNTU: Promising new Ubuntu support website: Ubuntu StackExchange

There are actually several Question/Answer areas for Ubuntu, for example
there is Questions for Ubuntu <https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu> on
launchpad which seems almost identical in function to this. My best guess is
that they're relaunching the Launchpad section as a separate website to
garner more activity.
