Alrighty ;)

Avoid personal unrelated anecdotes and comments about the quality of the
recording studio. If things happen, crop them out with fades. Try to
make the listener's experience enjoyable.

Don't denigrate yourself. Try to be more succinct and organized. If
you need to request support from your listeners, set aside a portion of
the recording, perhaps at the end where you issue these requests.

Put together a list of topics for yourself with bullet points. Do one
topic, fade out. Take a breather, listen to it a few times. Clean it
up or re-record it. Fade in to another topic and repeat.

If you need help finding good software to put together podcasts, I think
Andrew Weller (cc'd) might be a good contact. He and I did some Mono
podcasts a few years ago, and I really liked the work he did.

I think "Ubuntu Hour" is too general and might be in conflict with
Ubuntu branding policies. I'd rein in the scope a bit and make the name
specific to the LoCo.

Keep up the momentum. I think this has some very good potential.

Cheers!
