For the uninitiated, you send messages to identi.ca's groups by using
an exclamation mark (!) prefixing the group name in your post/dent.

Example:
Glad to see !ubuntuva getting started.

Any message containing !ubuntuva will be posted to the group stream.
You have to be a member of the group before your post will show up on
the group's stream.
