[ubuntu-us-ut] LTSP install with Windows Terminal Server

I am looking for help getting an LTSP lab set up.  Anyone with
experience or a desire to learn would be welcome.  I will provide the
hardware, the physical location and possibly food (probable, but not
set in stone yet), I need help figuring things out.

I am also looking for help with setting up a Windows Terminal Server
and connecting Linux boxes to the Terminal Server so Linux boxes can
connect to the Windows Server and run Windows apps.

I will also be setting up Windows in a virtual server on a Linux box.
I will create a procedure for this later.
