[ubuntu-us-ut] shipit orders for Ubuntu 7.10 "Gutsy"

All - it appears that Ubuntu's ShipIt program is now taking pre-orders
for Ubuntu 7.10 CDs.  If everyone would like to take a minute and order
what they can it'll add up to quite a bit for our team.

Yes, I will be getting another large shipment for the team, but with
individual additions it'll help out with the requests over all.
