[ubuntu-us-ut] irc channel update

I could have sworn I already sent out a reminder about this but let me
send it just to be sure...

the team irc channel has been updated.  The previous channel was
#ubuntu-utah, but based on following naming standards for the ubuntu
irc council we've moved it to #ubuntu-us-ut.  please update your irc
clients accordingly.

the previous channel still exists but you'll find that its pretty much
empty with a reminder about the new channel.  I hope we don't miss you
in the new channel, see you there... #ubuntu-us-ut that is.
