[ubuntu-us-ut] roadblock

I was going t use Automatix but Christer pointed out a while ago that it is
prone to breaking packages, so I have not used it on this system.  If I get
too frustrated I might but I want to do it all manually right now...who
knows what I feel like after tinkering more with it.
Thanks for the information guys, I will let you know what happens.
