[ubuntu-us-ut] Road block

Ok...hit a road block.  I got everything figured out but adding flash to
Firefox (I use Kubuntu) and how to get my external NTFS drive to be
recofnized.  I used the flashplugin for firefox but I cant play anyting on
youtube.  I added ntfs-3g for support on the external but I cannot show any
of the folders or files within it.  Thats where all my songs and movies are
so its a bit of a stumbling block for me...any ideas of what to do?
