Team site idea

Everyone,
I notice we've had a noticeable slowdown in the mailing list activity.
Who knows what the cause of that is, but I want to get some feedback
from some of you if I can on an idea.
I've been hosting the ubuntu-utah.org website since its inception last
year. As most of you know its had a recent face-lift and, I think,
looks very good at this point.
The next thing I'd like to implement into the site is more resources for
local & remote users. For example, when I look into the web statistics
for that site it gets a large number of hits for people looking for
resources for Ubuntu. From Edgy information & release schedule to
netboot, xubuntu to kubuntu & a bunch more.
What I would like to do is offer a position, perhaps rotation, for
members of the team to be able to blog for resources on the site. Ie; a
once weekly blog post with a how to, some new ubuntu information, etc.
Is anyone interested in participating in this? I've been managing the
blog on my own to this point, but I think many more of you have a lot to
offer that we can help share online to our & other ubuntu communities.
Again, feedback on the idea is appreciated. Hopefully we can get some
movement going in the list this time ;)
