1. Click New -> New User Agent...
2. In the Description field, type "Firefox Windows"
3. Delete everything in the User Agent field and paste in "Mozilla/5.0
(Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2.10) Gecko/20100914
Firefox/3.6.10" (without the quotes)
4. Change the Platform field to Win32
5. Click OK.

This will present you as being Firefox on Windows. If that still
doesn't work, you may want to contact the website in question and
request that they review their browser detection rules.
