For me, there are two overwhelming concerns; Laziness, and a lack of 
time.  I do not want to install a lot of new tools, and I have no time 
to get to know them.  If we end up with this complex IRC, Google Wave, 
Spread sheet thing, I will probably just not be all that involved.  In 
spite of what my mother said, I am not really all that special...  So 
there are probably others who will do the same, but won't tell you in 
advance.

Now I have stated an opinion for Live meetings with a web conference 
bridge.  This meets my requirements because I know how to do it, and it 
ain't that had for me.  Best yet, it is very easy for everyone else.

I will just go stand in line behind Daniel for my whipping now. :)
