8.04 Release party time!

Hi, everyone:
On April 24 Ubuntu 8.04, Hardy Heron, will be released, and South Dakota
needs to celebrate, so now is the time for party planning. Talk to your
local lug, school, or community and organize or attend a party! A release
party can be as big or as small as you want to make it. For the 7.10
release last October the Vermillion crew had a pretty small group, while
Sioux Falls had a larger showing. This year it'd be great to have a
west-river party too!
