[Ubuntu PA] Hardy Heron Release Party April 25th

I think some really good ideas were disseminated last night. I am going 
to try to contact both HACC and Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology 
in Lancaster to see what we can do there. Also, I'm going to attend the 
CPLUG meeting next month with the express purpose of promoting the Hardy 
Release, and to see what support we can garner from them.
