[Ubuntu PA] Software Freedom Day

This year's Software Freedom Day is Saturday September
15th.  It just happens to be the PACS meeting weekend.

Maybe we can combine efforts and put on an amazing
event!

Software Freedom day is sponsored by Ubuntu and the
OpenCd people.

Open source, free software for windows and linux.

I know that Norm from Pacs has talked about this
recently, now would be the time to put it all
together.
