The wiki mostly speaks for itself, so the blurb is just a quick
introduction, nothing big, it's usually modified a bit and then used for
the UWN (Ubuntu Weekly Newsletter) when the news of the approval is
announced.
In the approvals I've seen it's pretty much "first one to answer wins" -
they like to see a lot of people showing up for a team and answering
questions :)
