Does anyone know SOP for these meetings? How do we answer questions? Is
one person the delegate for the group, if so how do we chose that person
since Bret can't make it? Do we all answer, first one to answer wins?
What about a statement, I know we had chatted about that in irc but
after reading the one from switzerland that doesn't look like it takes a
whole lot of time to write up, do we want something more elaborate or is
that all we need?
