[Ubuntu PA] Keeping track of Events

I started losing track of our events already :) How many? Where did we
discuss them? Where are all the photos?

So I updated our ApprovalApplication with a list of events and lots of
links. I probably missed some so feel free to jump in and add more:

Any thoughts on where else we can post this summary? On the main wiki
page perhaps? A new page dedicated to Events?
