[Ubuntu PA] Waivers

Who is printing and bringing these? let's make sure we don't forget the
small stuff :). I've got a list of everyone who's coming and what
they're bringing but does anyone have a good copy of the waiver? I would
 say to have 30 on hand, we've got 18 signed up (more signed up!) 1 has
a tablet, is that ok? I don't know how tablets work with Ubuntu. I don't
think we have tablet support but I could be wrong as I have literally no
idea at all. So, back on topic, who is bringing the waivers?
