Walter - You are correct, I don't think we figured out this release party
thing (when, and where) yet.
Yes - please check with Ben to see if we can hold release party at Mozilla.
As for "when" - As most of you know, this April 2016 is Ubuntu's Long Term
Support (LTS) release, it would be cooool to have the release party to
celebrate LTS. If its decided to have a release party, we (James, Cody, and
Phil) feel it best to celebrate the LTS release.
However LinuxFest Northwest will also be taking place during April 23-24,
2016. So this could once again cause a scheduling conflict with some of
our key members / contributors, in less we have LTS release party first
week of April or perhaps sometime in May ;-) Where the weather "May" be a
"Bit" better. LOL.
This is simply some suggestions, and is completely up to the rest of the
LoCo team.
Thanks Walter, and all.
Phil. N
