[Ubuntu Oregon] IRC help (was: Re: Thank you.)

Empathy doesn't DOES NOT do IRC, it's only for IM, IRC is a different
protocol. Same thing with iChat. Now Pidgin CAN do IRC, but imo it's a
crappy implementation.
