[Ubuntu Oregon] Re-Verification Meeting tomorrow at noon

One thing I will add is that the LoCo Council will want to see
"Sustained Activity" and I'm sure James and Chris who were involved in
some our subsequent applications for Approval can recall how difficult
it is to demonstrate this.


Also to note Launchpad Active users is not a very solid metric because
it lists anyone on a team (on any LP team) that has logged into their
LP account recently as active.

>From that list there are people who do not even live in Oregon anymore
and have not been involved in the LoCo on any level ever. So I would
consider maybe before the meeting tomorrow doing a hand count of
people and asking them whether they consider themselves an active
member of the LoCo and whether they have contributed to the LoCo in
some way in the last 12 months or plan to in the next 12 months to get
a better sense.

Details like this the LoCo Council are going to call out pretty
quickly and if you say that's your active number you should hope to
have that many members show up to the meeting because they will ask
for a call of who is there to support the application.

Also another thing they like to see is events in more than one city
absent that it may be difficult to get verified.

That being said they have supposedly made the process a little less
rigorous but I do not think that they have loosened so much that they
wont want verifiable metrics, recent event photos (this is a big
thing... I have never seen a loco get approved without recent blog
posts and photos)
