[Ubuntu Oregon] New DVD Request form is live!

Hello Folks,

I just added a "Request a Ubuntu DVD" form to the Ubuntu Oregon website to
automate individual requests for DVD's each cycle. I'm going to be buying
some DVD mailer envelopes and if anyone would like to donate some let me
know.

the form is here and once I get mailers I will begin processing requests
