Application for Approval (Please Read, Reply & Comment)

Hello Everyone,

I have completed a rough-draft of a application to become an approved 
Ubuntu LoCo and one concern I have is that we will need to have quite a 
good showing of people on IRC during the LoCo Council meeting if they 
are to give any consideration to approving us.

As such I ask that everyone try to attend that meeting which will be on 
January 17th, 2011 at Noon and will be held in #ubuntu-meeting on 
irc.freenode.net. Please note that if the LoCo Council does not feel we 
demonstrate being "Active" or any other criteria then our application 
can be denied.

If you have comments on the application reply to the list and share them 
and also if you can attend please reply to the list and let everyone 
know you will be at the meeting.
