Introductions are a nice idea Anthony. I just joined the list myself a few
weeks back when I was looking for a comprehensive list of businesses in the
Tulsa area running Linux systems.

I'll take this opportunity to introduce myself as well. I'm a 41 year old
software engineer working out of Tulsa, currently for GTP. Like you I've
been developing a long time, since I was 13. (Basic on Commodore 64
anyone?) I've been lucky to work for companies that embrace Linux for quite
some time, been developing on Linux only for about four years now. I'm a
big fan of Ubuntu, but they guys are work like Centos and RedHat, so I end
up running both. Sometimes it's a hassle, as often RedHat/Centos packages
are out of date when compared to Ubuntu.

I blog and participate in other sites. My Twitter, Blogger, Delicious and
WIKI activities pipe into a aggregate feed on my vanity page...so it's
pretty easy to figure out what I'm working on at any given time:

As you'll see, I'm currently implementing web services using SOAP. I'm not
a fan of SOAP, but that's what the other party is using so I'm adapting.

Nice to meet you Anthony.
