[Ubuntu-us-ok] New Wiki

I was playing around with the code last night and the problem with getting
the logo to float on the right by itself I have to put it in a table, I have
yet to find a different way. If we do that there will be a small box around
the logo, and to me that looks, off. I can work up a test page like that so
everyone can see that, and I will ask around about getting the image to
float right without a table, or removing the border on the table.
