[Ubuntu-US-NM] EPC suggestion

I have no idea but something interesting to note...  if you search your 
installed packages on your Ubuntu boxes the landscape-client 
(placeholder) appears to be installed by default (see screen capture).  
Guess this was added into Gutsy.
