[ubuntu-us-nc] Resignation

I know, bad form to reply to one's own email but here goes anyway.

I posted this and haven't checked _any email since. (wait and see)

Perhaps I was a bit dramatic but we need to get these things taken
care of soon. As far as I can tell ownership only affects the
Launchpad account and the IRC channel. There is also the mailing list.
Amber is already an admin for that. I have given operator rights to
Amber and Jeremy Foshee; maybe some one else too but those are two
that I remember. The wiki page does not; I'm not sure about the new
loco.ubuntu.com/teamname stuff. The latter may just carry over from
Launchpad.

IRC: needs a channel owner so they can OP themselves to kick/ban as
needed. That has only been needed twice that I recall over the last
three years. I think Mike Holstein would be fine for this. I'll have
to rtfm on how to do that if that is okay with you Mike.

Launchpad: this is very easy to change, basically anyone on the team
now I can transfer ownership and team contact to that person. The team
contact should subscribe to the ubuntu loco team mailing list. Seems
like the new loco directory stuff is being pulled from Launchpad. I
changed the team to an open team so that no admin approval is needed
for folks to join the Launchpad team. Sub teams can be more restricted
on Launchpad. Several have offered to take anything; so who would like
to take this? The owner of the Launchpad team does not have to be the
team contact.

I want these to be covered just in case I am offline for an extended
period of time. In a nutshell I'm looking at cash on hand that covers
1/3 of what needs to go out now; two very feeble vehicles to get us to
work; cutting one more monthly cost to lower overhead. I am very tired
of the stress of life like this; taking care of this is just one less
thing I have to worry about.

Thanks Yall,
Mark
