i wish you well mark, and if you want to resign, i personally appreciate
your doing it gracefully... however, this also doesnt *need* to be so
dramatic. we need and have needed other ops in the community owned IRC
channel for a while now. as soon as possible, come in the IRC, and hand out
op's to a few of the folks who have volunteered to take over ops (this time
and the last time you wanted mentioned needing to step down) and we will be
able to continue operations in your absence. you could then just take some
time if you need (and not resign), and come back whenever things become more
stable for you, which im sure we all hope is a time that comes very soon...
