First, you need to make sure that you have established accounts
*within samba* for the users you want as well. (Samba doesn't just
use system accounts.) Second, you'll need to make sure they're
properly shared (that's the smb.conf part). Third, you need to find a
way to pass a username to use when connecting from Windows - that'll
be a Windows question. It may be that currently guest is the only
account available, so it's smart enough not to ask, which could either
be because you haven't created any samba users or have misconfigured
which users can connect.
