[ubuntu-us-mi] Meeting time change

Hello,

We've moved the monthly IRC meetings from the first Monday of the Month 
at 8pm to the first Sunday of the month at 9pm. This will (hopefully) 
help others participate in the meetings who otherwise might not be able 
to show up.

The meetings are held on the Ubuntu MI channel (#ubuntu-us-mi on 
irc.freenode.net).
