[ubuntu-us-ma] Rev 82: Updated with current info for Oct 2011

Sorry guys I forgot to mention I had to do an upgrade of the bzr format in
order to push up.  It was giving me a mismatch from my system.  I believe
all you have to do is a *bzr upgrade* to the machine it is going up to.  It
took 5 minutes for me to upgrade the version on launchpad and I did a bzr
error check when I was done.  I probably should have checked with Mike
before I upgraded though.  Sorry and please let me know if there is anything
I need to do.
