Unfortunately, the Ubuntu community already has several support tools
available. It is not that we _have_ to contain ourselves to the
Ubuntu websites, but it is in our interest to do so. Using multiple
websites just disperses the information, and makes it hard to
reference later. And I don't at all know the answers to those
questions anyway.

Speaking of cool websites, it looks like Ubuntu has a stack exchange
website going live!
http://ubuntu.stackexchange.com/

There is a youtube vid here:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rDMsQNAl90Y that gives more details
about what it is.

The cool thing about this site is that it isn't just about getting
your question answered, but also highlighting the popular questions
and answers. So it can be fun to browse through if your are a nerd
and looking to learn little things, like me.
