It is a community computer center.  Martin used to run classes there
every Tuesday, and we used to have the occasional meetings there.

Right now, there is nothing formal happening on Tuesdays.  It is an
open question as to how folks can participate.  My plan is to just
show up occasionally, and see what is going on for myself.
