[ubuntu-us-ma] New Event: Installfest / Exploration Ubuntu (Planning)

Hello Everyone,

At the last meeting last Thursday it was decided that we should organise
an Installfest sooner rather than later. So Cam has stepped forwards to
lead the event co-ordination.

He will be looking for event locations, MIT, some other large free space
and sponsors able to secure it.

There will be an opportunity to help with the Press Release (see Teru)
and making sure that's done 8 weeks before the event. And we will make
sure to have a poster and some flyers to give out and organise some days
for publicising it.

It's very probable that leftyfb (Mike Rushton) will be heading up
technical and on-day organisation and that Sara may do food/drinks if
we're lucky. Confirmation required.

If you'd like to be involved and you have some ideas on how we can make
this event the awesome event it should be, please do reply to this email
with your suggestions and offers of help.
