[ubuntu-us-ma] new guy

Hi Everyone,

I poked my head out in the IRC channel yesterday but figured I'd introduce
myself here.  I'm Drew - I landed on the MA group page the other by way of
a  forum post somewhere... I think.

I'm a systems admin and general support person at a big wine and spirits
distributor South of the city.  Before, I've worked as a sysadmin and
network admin for software firms in the medical industry and
workspace/facilities management.  It's almost entirely Windows at my current
place, but I've been lucky to work in (very) mixed environments in the
past.  I've used Ubuntu on the desktop fairly consistently since Breezy.

Since I've been a happy end-user (and recipient of untold amounts of free
tech support, solicited and unsolicited advice, etc.) for something like
four years, it makes sense to help further the cause, and I figure I'll find
opportunities here.  If there's somewhere I can help, I'm happy to make
myself available.

Otherwise, just wanted to say hi. I've been lurking in the #ubuntu-us-ma as
well, at least between 0800-1700. :)
