I think the main target should be the teacher and the organisers. Our
main aim must be to make friends with people that are interested in
helping us.

Offer the CDs and other bits and bobs, only if those organising it are
interested. Call ahead if you wish, but I don't think it's a
requirement. We're not going there to do our own event, just make
contact.
