I just contacted the Buddhist organization, and they asked for help setting
up RT. Regarding that task, there are a few things I would like to learn.
Basically, how to setup and manage an ubuntu based webserver. What are some
of the "best practices"?
I have two experiences with this. The first, I successfully set up an
instance of Drupal. The confusing part was that the community help docs
explicitly said do not use the ubuntu packages.
Another time, I tried to install family tree web software, and I used the
ubuntu package. The installation seemed a bit random. (at least in
comparison to myphpadmin)
So, I dunno, something along those lines would be cool. Setting up RT is
interesting because you also need to setup a mail server.
