Hi Greg,

Thanks for the shimmer of hope but I'm afraid that the web page is easy 
to misread. The requirement for these rooms is that they are booked by a 
recognized non-profit organization and the events taking place in them 
must be open to the public. I probably could have made that more clear 
previously.
