GnuCash and HomeBank are some OSS alternatives to quicken. Also, Quicken
has their services available online now. So no need for a local client.

You can also run "Quickbooks" , "Quicken" and "Quicken 2007 or 2008"
using Crossover (commerical). Crossover uses wine but adds in some
proprietary enhancements and such. They released their software for free
for one day last week. I downloaded it and tried it with Office 2003 and
it works well. If you need a copy, let me know.
