Oh, that would make a lot more sense. I'm of the personal opinion that 
meetings designated for the sole purpose of planning a specific event 
would be their own separate entity with the events. I think this meeting 
agenda designated to the installfest should be with the installfest 
pages and the agenda page should be reserved for general team meetings, 
but I'm only one person, and I don't think that's what we're 
implementing now anyway.

I'm sorry, I'm not certain I understand what you're suggesting. Are you 
saying you want to eliminate the generalized agenda page and create a 
new unique agenda page for every meeting, then create an additional page 
for minutes for every meeting?
